Knightdale Holiday Events

This Sunday, December 13 the popular “Food Truck Rodeo” series at Knightdale Station Park will be even more festive than usual, as 15 of the Triangle’s most popular food trucks and several local craft breweries will be on hand for another fantastic Town of Knightdale Holiday Event at The RDU Mobile Food Association’s (RDUMFA) “Rudolph’s Holiday Rodeo.”

With the entire town feeling the holiday spirit after last weekends annual “Christmas on First Avenue” festivities, the RDUMFA’s first ever Food Truck Rodeo comes at just the right time and in a perfect setting at Knightdale Station Park. In addition to enjoying the great local tastes and celebrating the season at this great Knightdale Holiday Event, a percentage of the overall sales on the day is being donated to Meals on Wheels of Wake County to help those in need to enjoy a nice meal on Christmas.

There will be a wide assortment of food choices among the Food Trucks that will be on hand between 12 p.m and 4 p.m. at this Sunday’s Knightdale Holiday Event that are sure to satisfy any appetite. The trucks set to be in attendance include: Sarge’s Chef on Wheels, Philly’s Cheesesteaks, Caffe Bellezza, Route Bistro, Dusty Donuts, Stuft, Pho Nomenal Dumpling, Thai Box Zing, CockADoodleMoo, Mama Voula’s, OMG Chicken, Captain Ponchos, Will and Pops, Bo’s Kitchen, and Sweet Traditions. On top of all of these delicious food options, Nickelpoint Brewing Company and Bull City Cider Works.

The entire family, both young and old will have plenty of great food and fun to enjoy at Rudolph’s Holiday Rodeo, as in addition to the 15 trucks, there has been reports that Santa Claus himself has his sleigh ready to take off from the North Pole, with a course set to touch down at this Sunday’s Knightdale Holiday Event.
