Knightdale Station Awarded Community Appearance Award

The Town of Knightdale and Assistant Development Services Director Jennifer Currin recognized Knightdale Investors LLC, the creators of the Knightdale Station Subdivision Roundabout Art as the recipient of the 2016 Community Appearance Awards.

The new centerpiece art installation is titled “Henry Knight’s Vision” and consists of four 30” Wide 42” Long 16” Depth railroad spikes, weighing 1600 lb. The sculpture was designed and produced by Jeff Hackney Design Sculpture and Creative Works. The artwork complements the overall neighborhood theme that honors the history of Knightdale.
